Zaid is a Customer Success Associate at the firm, where he combines his background in oil and gas with a strong interest in commodity markets to deliver valuable insights and customized solutions for customers. His analytical mindset and industry experience help ensure that customers receive the guidance they need to make informed decisions.
Before joining AEGIS, Zaid worked as a Business Analyst at a leading North American midstream company, where he supported the development of commercial strategies for asset operations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, where he was awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship. While at UH, Zaid served in leadership roles with the Asian Business Student Association (ABSA) and the MIS Student Organization (MISSO), contributing to both academic and professional communities.
Outside of work, Zaid enjoys playing basketball, traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and staying active—always seeking out new experiences and adventures.
