Scott Whittlesey

Scott currently supports AEGIS clients as Director of our CTRM/ETRM Software. He brings over seventeen years of accounting and finance experience. Most recently, at InstaNext, he helped facilitate the growth of the business through several high-profile software implementations while leading numerous clients through their external audits and advising on best practices to support back-office functionality. Prior to InstaNext, Scott spent five years at First Reserve Corporation as the Manager of Accounting, where he was responsible for the limited partners' accounting process, as well as the measurement of fund performance and portfolio company valuations. His work at First Reserve included working with and providing critical fund information directly to investors. Scott previously served as Supervisor of Financial Reporting at Southwestern Energy Company, where he was responsible for the company’s public filings.  Scott started his career at KPMG as an auditor and holds a New York State Certified Public Accountant license. He graduated from CW Post, Long Island University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.   

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys riding his motorcycles, playing the drums, and spending time with family and friends.
