Aedan is a customer-focused Associate on the AEGIS Customer Success team, dedicated to guiding prospective customers through a smooth, personalized experience. Known for his collaborative style and attention to detail, Aedan works closely with customers to understand their goals and connect them with the right solutions from our suite of offerings.
Before joining AEGIS, Aedan served as a Community Assistant at the largest student housing corporation in the U.S. In that role, he refined his communication and organizational skills by leading property tours, coordinating resident engagement events, managing inquiries, and mentoring new team members.
Aedan holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications with a minor in Economics and Business from Texas A&M University. During his time on campus, he was actively involved in student organizations including the Texas A&M Economics Society (TAMES), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), and Deaf Aggies and Friends, where he served as Treasurer for two years.
Outside of work, Aedan enjoys spending time with friends, staying active, and exploring new skills. A film and TV enthusiast, he’s passionate about behind-the-scenes insights and the historical impact of his favorite shows and movies—always ready with a surprising fun fact, no matter the genre.
