James is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Management at Texas A&M University, where he is also enrolled in the prestigious Trading, Risk, and Investments Program at Mays Business School. He previously earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2024.
James brings a diverse set of experiences to his role, having completed internships in private banking portfolio analysis, roofing sales, and even as a summer camp counselor. These varied roles reflect his adaptability and work ethic, but his long-term goal remains focused—securing a position on an energy trading floor upon graduation.
Originally from Lubbock, Texas, James is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys tennis, basketball, and following Aggie athletics. In the winter months, he takes to the slopes to ski and snowboard, and in quieter moments, you’ll often find him reading.
