Emily Rivers

Emily serves as People & Workplace Experience Manager at AEGIS, where she leads initiatives that strengthen employee experience, workplace culture, and organizational effectiveness. Drawing on more than 16 years of leadership in the energy industry, she brings a business-first perspective to building an environment where people and teams can thrive.

Before joining AEGIS, Emily spent four years with Williams as a Senior Commercial Development Advisor, leading strategic commercial initiatives and complex negotiations. Prior to Williams, she spent 12 years with Shell in a variety of commercial and operational leadership roles, developing deep expertise in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results across complex organizations.

Emily's unique combination of commercial leadership and people-focused experience enables her to connect business objectives with employee engagement, fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability, and growth.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University. 

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the family farm, and cheering on her kids at their many sporting events.
